Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Melatonin.qa, we aim to provide a convenient and fair refund and return policy for eligible products. Our return policy is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. If 24 hours have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging, with all swing tags attached.

Please ensure you check the Size Guide carefully before purchasing, as used or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Faulty Goods

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We at Melatonin take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 5-14 days and are subject to regulations.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
